You are also not permitted to create or maintain an account in the following circumstances:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• The cash-out feature is only available on selected events.
• Dafabets reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, dafabets' own policy will apply to the affected bets.

Dafabets is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots or automated software to bet or play games.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Coordinated bonus abuse (bonus hunting).
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.

Violations of these rules will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Dafabets reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:
